AI-Content-Studio Privacy Policy

株式会社WagaMama（以下「当社」といいます）は、
当社が運用する社内向けツール「AI-Content-Studio」における
情報の取扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. AI-Content-Studioについて

AI-Content-Studioは、当社のマーケティング、
キーワードリサーチ、検索需要分析、
記事企画およびコンテンツ制作を支援するための社内向けツールです。

本ツールは当社の社員および許可された業務委託者のみが利用し、
一般ユーザーまたは外部クライアントには提供していません。

2. Google Ads APIへのアクセス

AI-Content-Studioでは、Google Ads APIを利用します。

当社が管理するGoogle AdsアカウントへのOAuth認証を行い、
Keyword Planning機能を利用して、
記事テーマ等に関連する検索需要情報を取得します。

3. Google Ads APIから取得する情報

AI-Content-Studioでは、主に以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

• キーワード候補
• 平均月間検索数
• キーワードの競合性
• 過去の月別検索ボリューム
• 上記に付随してGoogle Ads APIから返される検索需要関連情報

AI-Content-Studioは、Google Adsアカウント、
広告キャンペーン、広告、入札単価、広告予算等を
自動作成または変更する目的ではGoogle Ads APIを使用しません。

4. Googleデータの利用目的

Google Ads APIから取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

• 当社のキーワードリサーチ
• 検索需要の分析
• コンテンツ企画
• 過去記事との比較
• 未対応の検索ニーズの把握
• 当社のマーケティング活動の参考
• AIを利用した記事企画・記事制作支援

Googleから取得した情報を、
上記の目的と無関係な用途に利用することはありません。

5. データの保存

Google Ads APIから取得したキーワードおよび検索需要に関する情報は、
過去の調査結果や記事との比較等を行うため、
AI-Content-Studioのデータベースに保存される場合があります。

Google OAuthのClient Secret、Refresh Token、
Google Ads Developer Token等の認証情報は、
アプリケーションのデータベースには保存せず、
サーバー側の環境変数として管理します。

これらの認証情報をブラウザ上で一般ユーザーへ公開することはありません。

6. AI処理サービスへのデータ送信

AI-Content-Studioでは、記事企画や記事制作等の機能を提供するため、
AI処理サービスを利用します。

AI処理を行う際、Google Ads APIから取得した
キーワード、検索需要、競合性等の情報の一部が、
記事企画・分析・コンテンツ生成に必要な範囲で
AI処理サービスへ送信される場合があります。

現在、AI処理にはAnthropicのAPIを利用する場合があります。

Google OAuthのClient Secret、Refresh Token、
Google Ads Developer Token等の認証情報を
Anthropicその他のAI処理サービスへ送信することはありません。

7. 第三者への販売・不正な共有

当社は、Google Ads APIから取得した情報やGoogleユーザーデータを
第三者へ販売しません。

また、本ツールの機能提供に必要なサービスプロバイダーへの処理を除き、
Googleユーザーデータを第三者の広告、マーケティング、
データ販売その他独立した目的のために提供しません。

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

AI-Content-StudioにおけるGoogle APIから取得した情報の利用は、
Google API Services User Data Policyおよび
適用されるLimited Use requirementsに従います。

Google APIから取得した情報は、
AI-Content-Studioの利用者に提供する機能を実現するために必要な範囲でのみ利用します。

9. セキュリティ

当社は、OAuth認証情報やGoogle Ads APIから取得した情報について、
不正アクセス、漏えい、紛失、改ざん等を防止するため、
合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

認証情報はソースコードリポジトリへ保存せず、
サーバー側の環境変数として管理します。

10. Googleアカウントとの接続解除

GoogleアカウントからAI-Content-Studioへのアクセス許可は、
Googleアカウントの第三者アプリ・サービスの接続管理機能から
いつでも取り消すことができます。

接続を解除すると、新しいGoogle Ads APIデータを取得するための
OAuth認証が利用できなくなります。

11. データの削除

AI-Content-Studioに保存されたデータの削除を希望する場合は、
下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

合理的な範囲で本人確認または権限確認を行ったうえで、
対象データの削除等に対応します。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、AI-Content-Studioの機能変更、
利用するAPIまたは外部サービスの変更、
法令・Googleのポリシー変更等に応じて改定することがあります。

重要な変更を行った場合は、本ページの内容および最終更新日を更新します。

English Privacy Summary

AI-Content-Studio is an internal marketing and content-planning tool
operated by WagaMama Inc.

The application uses Google Ads API Keyword Planning Services
with Google Ads accounts managed by WagaMama Inc.

Google data accessed

The application may access and retrieve:

• Keyword ideas
• Average monthly search volumes
• Keyword competition
• Historical monthly search-volume data

How the data is used

The data is used only for WagaMama’s internal keyword research,
search-demand analysis, marketing research, content planning,
comparison with existing articles, and AI-assisted article planning
and content generation.

Storage

Keyword research results may be stored in the AI-Content-Studio
application database to support comparisons with previous research
and content.

Google OAuth client secrets, refresh tokens, and Google Ads developer
tokens are stored separately in server-side environment variables
and are not stored in the application database.

Service providers

Selected keyword research information may be transmitted to an AI
processing provider, currently including the Anthropic API,
solely as necessary to provide AI-Content-Studio’s article planning
and content-generation functionality.

Google OAuth client secrets, refresh tokens, and developer tokens
are not transmitted to the AI processing provider.

Sharing and sale

WagaMama Inc. does not sell Google user data.
Google user data is not provided to third parties for independent
advertising, marketing, or data-broker purposes.

Google API Services User Data Policy

AI-Content-Studio’s use of information received from Google APIs
adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy,
including applicable Limited Use requirements.
